Singapore Motorshow 2006

@ Suntec
Fujifilm 9500
f2.8 1/102s iso200

if i got lots of money, i will buy this Mitsuoka's car....

i'm surprise at my camera's performance, in this somewhat harsh environment. exposure is really good most of the time, AF is also not bad, except some stupid settings i was playing around with. white balance is very close considering the different spotlights used by the exhibitors, overflowing to one another's booth. the only bad thing is the noise level, (i tried to do less than iso200, but i lack the light. i need a flash gun soon..) and the speed of the AF. i think its in the settings, i need to play around with it more. sometimes its quite slow. especially in the alfa romeo booth, its moving too fast for me to get a decent shot.

now i know why the old guys love this kind of show, some of them go there almost everyday. cos for the price of a ticket, you get to practise product shot, mode, shot, macro shot, event shot, etc etc. really worth the price already. cos the more you shoot, the more you know your camera, the better your shots will get.. at least technically speaking.

some more photos, to compensate for those days when i have no photos.

Suzuki LC (Life Creator) ladies car.

Lexus

Rinspeed

and lastly, my current favourite, lamborghini..

and of course, what's a motor show without the show girls.
